To guarantee you receive the thickest, softest, and freshest treats possible, we operate on a strict micro-batch schedule every single week.
Monday – Thursday
(Orders Open)
Our website opens for pre-orders every Monday. We limit production to just a few dozen select boxes each week. Purchasing remains open through Thursday or as soon as our weekly baking limit is reached. Shop early to secure your box!
The Weekend & Monday
(Prep & Small-Batch Baking)
We spend our weekend sourcing fresh ingredients, taking inventory, and mixing our signature doughs from scratch. Cookies are portioned to a massive 120 grams and chilled over the weekend. On Monday, we bake them perfectly fresh and immediately heat-seal each one to lock in freshness.
Tuesday Morning
(UPS Shipping Day)
Your sealed cookie boxes are shipped out bright and early via UPS. Shipping on Tuesday guarantees your package moves rapidly through the mail system and arrives at your doorstep in 2-3 days, never sitting stagnant over a weekend.

Campire Chocolate Caliente

Abuela’s Apple Pie
A cozy, spiced cookie packed with real, jammy squares of premium dried apple rings. Finished with a beautiful dusting of cinnamon-powdered sugar.

A comforting, pillowy-soft classic infused with traditional Mexican horchata spices and rolled in a fragrant vanilla cinnamon-sugar blend.
